Zambia Fotosafari 2011
Photo safari Zambia in August 2011
Also this year, Track and rail Rivercamp organize under the guidance of Steven Ruiter a unique photo safari to the most beautiful photo areas of Zambia. The trip is for a a select group of up to 6 people with a specially equipped Landrover. The trip will begin in the first 3 weeks of August.
Male lion Busanga Plains
The head trip is 12 days photo safari in the South Luangwa National Park with a huge variety of wild and beautiful landscapes. An absolutely fantastic safari with lots of good photo opportunities and possibilities.
If extra can 5 days Busanga plains are posted and that is a unique area but 4 months is reachable. It is an unforgettable experience to this and really very special.
Read on below why this photo safari distinguishes itself from a normal safari.
The accommodation is super and every morning you are treated to a Sunrise of unprecedented class.
The area unique species like the lechwe antelope and all around great lions and many special birds.
In photographic terms, it is fantastic and the journey to it across the Zambian jungle is an adventure in itself. Everything is excellent organized and we ride with the best guides who speak English very well.
However, this is an extra package in the travel, so see this even regardless of which 12-13 days South Luangwa (The whole trip including international and national flight is 15-16 days).
The photo safari
Than a few words about the photo safari. What we’re going to do is really very exclusive. We will 100% for photography and you are in the best position to take pictures. Also for people who aren’t shooting the safari is very attractive because of all the impressions. This safari is therefore not comparable to a typical safari. We take all the time to oseve and photograph the animals in their natural behaviour. In an ordinary safari on your own in the Kruger park or in Namibia must you pay extra for the entrance into the park and you’re entirely dependent on yourself. The chance to get special animals to spot or to photograph is considerably smaller and then you’re also still limited possibilities in your approach. Precisely the photographic guidance and purpose that we purely for the photography go makes the trip special.
